2. How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping via USPS: 5-7 business days Priority Shipping via USPS: 3-4 business days Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including apartment numbers and building names if applicable, to ensure timely delivery.
3. How can I ensure my shipping address is correct?
Triple-check your address to ensure accuracy. If you're in a townhouse or apartment, include the apartment number and building name. The delivery must be clear for timely receipt.
4. What if I’m paying in installments through Shop Pay or Klarna?
Make sure you enter the correct card details, including the card number and CVV, when paying via Shop Pay or Klarna. Incorrect information may delay or prevent your order from being processed.
5. What happens after USPS picks up my package?
Once USPS picks up your package, it is in their hands to ensure it reaches the correct destination. Fhotogenic Hair is not responsible for any issues that arise during USPS delivery.
6. Do you offer pick-up options for Atlanta customers?
Yes! If you live in Atlanta and prefer not to wait for shipping, you can arrange a pick-up. Please text our business number with your preferred time, date, and location. There will be an additional $30 charge for this service.
7. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Fhotogenic Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This includes issues arising from incorrect address entries or theft. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to you, but you will be required to cover the additional shipping cost.
8. Can I get a refund or return my order?
